Innovative Drying Process
Mónica and Leonidas Jaramillo are newcomers to the world of specialty coffees. In 2021, they participated in some national coffee events but didn’t achieve the results they expected. This encouraged them to continue studying and improving their processes.
A Family Affair
In 2022, they placed in top positions at Ecuador’s two national events, the Golden Cup and Cup of Excellence. Since then they have repeatedly placed in the top 10 best coffees of Ecuador.
